for the children

We are so excited to finally have our toe rings for sale. They are sterling silver and are only $9.99 inclusive of postage. We have six different styles you can choose from.

100% of our profits will go to our sponsor children and whatever money is left over from that each month, will go to the Geraldine Cox organisation.

Geraldine is an amazing amazing heart warming lady who devotes her life to caring for orphaned children in Cambodia. Please check out her website to get detailed information about her & the organisation... http://www.geraldinecox.org/

She is known affectionatly as Big Mumma, Geraldine is a Mother to over 200 cambodian kids. She is a well known figure for hope and development for both orphaned children & for those whose parents are simply just to poor to keep them.

I have always had a sponsor child, and my heart really breaks for people living in those conditions. People like Geraldine Cox have my utmost respect and admiration. To devote there lives to these homeless hungry lives...

I have been particularly drawn to this organisation as this lady with an amazing heart hasbeen diagnosed with breast cancer (like me) . Breast Cancer is another things in life that just dosnt make sense. It targets anyone. It has no preference to age, nationality or even gender. It dosnt care if your one of the nicest person, the hardest worker or you have the warmest heart... and it dosnt care if your a person who devotes your life to orphan children, like Geraldine Cox.

I am praying for a swift recovery for Geraldine Cox, so she can contine her amazing work for the orphans in cambodia.

a new look

Have you noticed our NEW LOOK website? Its all vintage inspired...

and we have two new gorgeous models featured on our site, and they are just a pleasure to work with. The hardest thing about photographing these girls is going through there photographs and picking the best snaps. They are all just so good - it just feels so wrong not to use them all...

At the moment we are just doing inside shots - as we have so many outfits to photographs it would be just impossible to do them all outside.

Hopefully next week we will do some outside "Mood" shoots.... which will be so exciting. Because if these girls photgraph this well inside, imagine what the outcome will be once we add some beach or fields..

Anyway - for today Im just going to do a quick intro, and if anyone is interested in girls for further work, email me and I will pass on thier details. xo

Destiny - is amazing to work with. I think she is born to be a model. Every shot I do with here is perfect... Destiny is just stunning and her style is a mixture of fun, hip, modern, sultry, & intense. As soon as a camera is pointed towards her is like turning on a switch. She goes into her action with her pose's and styles. In the near future I can seriously see Destiny on a catwalk in Milan, or a cover of a VOGUE magazine. When this happens - I just hope destiny remembers us, and sends a COCO CHANNEL dress or a pair of YVES SAINT LAURENT heals!

Nicole is just gorgeous, and a pleasure to work with. A natural effortless model, and the camera just loves her. Her style is classic and chic. Not only has Nicole got "the look", she's also an amazing athelic. She compete's in the nationals for volley ball. I think her passion lies with volleyball - but I think the world is her oyster, as not only is she beautiful & atheletic, she's also pretty clued on with her school work...

I hope you love out NEW LOOK website. We have just got in our new amazing winter collection too, which you will see in the next couple of weeks... I hope you enjoy xoxo

Girls just want to have fun

I have always been a fanatic about 80's music. "Girls just want to have fun" " Material Girl" Madonna and Cindy Lauper. Oh my gosh, absolutely legendary. x

BUT the fashion??? I alway told myself high waisted slacks, shoulder pads, acid wash jeans, leg warmers, bodysuits and fluoro would never come back into fashion. How could they? there gastly.

Guess what......THERE BACK. And even more surprisingly Im loving it. I actually have never been so excited about fashion...

I think the 80's inspired fashion is so much fun, lots of colour. Florals mixed with stripe, then teamed with opaques lace and leather. Accessories, Acessories, Accessories. Gold mesh mixed with pearls. What's not to love about mixing all this up. I now think how stylish high waisted pants look, and they make total sense. Low waisted jeans, with knickers hanging out, they're just a total NO NO this winter 2010.

I have a crush on this photography

As some of you may know, Im totally obsessed with the art of photography. Check out this 80's inspired chinese fashion photography I discovered. Celebrated as the best fashion/beauty photographer from the "born in the 80's" generation, Chen Man (陳曼) made a significant impact when she photographed covers for the Chinese fashion magazine Vision from 2003 to 2007.

The women boldly captured by her lens are colorful and sensual, courageous and playful. Her aptitude in Photoshop and lighting is what sets her apart and above her peers.http://www.chenmaner.com/

adore classic vintage

I simply adore the fashion this winter. Its vintage. Whats not to love about ANYTHING vintage? As Im trying to work out my weekly range, It has dawned on me that there are two types of vintage that is working in Winter 2010. There is 80's Vintage & Classic vintage. Both of these vintage style's I absolutely cherish. Both are so unique and iconic. Both deserve individual dedication. Firstly Im going to indulge into Classic Vintage x

To me classic vintage is dreamy & timeless. Its about glamour and style. Lace, embroidery, polka dots, crochet, nautical stripes, accessories, chunky rings, pearls, diamonds, & hats. I have always been a fan of classic vintage. I adore this era, absolutely everything about it. From its black & white photography to its salt & pepper shakers.

Vintage fashion photography tickles me pink. I've only recently come across the brilliant work of photographer Melvin Sokolsky, these images are from the 'Bubble' series he did for Harpers Bazaar in 1963, there's 25 in the series, I just adore everything about them, the apparel, the iconic models, the bee- hive hairstyles, the street settings, it's all just glamorous & inspiring! www.sokolsky.com/

inspired by their hope, strength, courage

It Coco (Tash) blogging here...

Sorry I havnt blogged for a while the reason being is recently (This month confirmed) I have been diagnosed with breast cancer. Its been a very big shock of my life... Im only 34 and there is no family history, and I have it. I have started blogging a personal page about what going on and my emotions, syptoms and stuff, so when I feel brave enough I will let anyone who is interested have a read. I am mainly doing this as it helps me and I think its would be helpful for those dearest and closest to me to know Im doing ok & bring further awareness and help someone out there...

In saying all that, tonnes of women (some men too) have had or do have breast cancer. Many Many women have recovered and some have passed.. So my intentions here is respectively tribute all women that have had or do have breast cancer... And realize I am not alone and be inspired by their hope, strength, courage xoxo
Kylie Minogue, Age 36 when diagnosed.

Belinda Emmett, Age 24 when diagnosed
Jane McGrath, Age 31 When diagnosed
Christina Applegate, Age 36 when Diagnosed
